The Purchaser engages the Artists, and the Artists hereby agree to perform the engagement with the terms and conditions herein set forth:

9. The Purchaser shall at all times have the complete supervision, direction, and control over the services of the Artists on this engagement and expressly reserves the right to control the manner, means, and details of the performance of the services by the Artists as well as the ends to be accomplished.
10. CANCELATION OF ARTISTS: The Purchased may cancel no less than 30 days prior to the performance date at no penalty. If the Purchaser cancel with less than 30 days notice, then the Purchaser agrees to pay 1/3 of the Agreed Price (section 6) within (5) business days.
11. Artists shall save Purchaser from and against and indemnify Purchaser for all liability caused by acts of Artists.
12. This contract constitutes a complete and binding agreement between the Purchaser and The Artists. AGENT acts only as agent and assumes no responsibility as between the Purchaser and the Artists.
