Our2014 Ceremonial Wedding Package includes a Master of Ceremony to handle all announcements, the Island Waves Steel Combo, the Unity Reggae Band, (2) Complete PA Systems including wireless microphone, and Stage Lighting. Each PA is equiped with cables to input your phones, cd/Mp3 players, laptops any standard audio device.

The Island Waves is a 3-5 piece instrumental ensemble features the Tenor C Steel Pan. Perfoemances average 30-60 minutes for this pre-ceremonial steel pan combo background island music for arrival of your guests ending with Pachelbel's "Canon in D" and the Tradional Wedding March, all played by the Steel Pan Combo

Island Waves Band will then stand by until the newlyweds are ready to walk down the isle together as man and wife to Mendelssohn's Wedding March playes with an island vibe.

Island Waves History:

Island Waves was created in 1999 from a request from a bride to be for help finding a steel pan ensemble for a wedding. Unity Reggae Band was already scheduled to play her reception, so naturally we offered to help find a steel pan act to work with. Together, we called every agent that we knew and found nothing local at a near reasonable rate. In that moment, Island Waves was born.
